The room was spacious and had lovely furnishings with a balcony that overlooked the beautiful scenery. the staff was friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to assist us with directions to nearby attractions. the location was perfect; close to the town center and had easy access to transportation. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which had an array of options to choose from.
The pool was disappointingly small and crowded. the towels provided by the hotel appeared to be quite old and had a musty smell to them.

They were prompt and efficient in assisting me and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The private waterfall was a good surprise and added to the overall experience. The location of the hotel, surrounded by picturesque bushes and away from the bustling city, provided a tranquil and serene ambiance. The hotel facilities were great, and the view from the sky villa was amazing. Cleanliness was never an issue, and the breakfast offered was delicious. the service and amenities provided made for a wonderful stay.
No complaints. Everything was great.
